下のＰＲで再三、書いていますが、できた図面を販売することにしました。
これは、アメリカでは、プラン集というものが存在し、それを元に家を建てるというのが当たり前となっていることから、日本でも根付かないかと考えたからです。
そもそも、日本 特に都市部では、敷地が狭く、法規制も厳しいことから、家は個々に違うという考えがありますが、少し郊外であれば、敷地に余裕ができ、だいたいのプランが入る事が可能となる場合が多く、
また、私たち設計者側としても、このような案は沢山眠っているのです。
再利用となっていますが、カスタマイズももちろん可能ですし、これをベースに図面を考えても良いかと思います。
一般の方も、提案する側の工務店様や不動産屋様にもご利用いただければと考え作りました。
順次、図面・プランは増やしますが、今あるプランは、どちらかといえば、経済性・耐震性重視の入隅出隅 ようするに凸凹のないプランです。工務店様は喜びますが、一般の方でのっぺりだから嫌だという方もいらっしゃるはずです。
そんな方に一から提案するというコースもあります。対象は日本全国（別に世界でもかまいませんが）です。
これを設計者から図面を募集しデータベース化するということでサイトを構築する方法もありますが、残念ながら、まだ難しい面が多々あり、現在は自分の図面を直接販売するということとなっています。
そもそも、図面と工程（予定）を建てることが計画であり、そのような考え方が日本人は欠如していると考えています。
図面が安っぽく扱われるのは、ハウスメーカー・ゼネコンの営業のお土産と化しているので余計に価値が下がっています。
一般の方からすると、サービスではないか？と思われていますから・・・・・
一般の方がサービスの図面でも不具合があったら、文句を言う方もいるでしょうが、恵まれすぎな感じがしますね。
あわせて、コンペサイトまたは建築家を探すサイトを立ち上げる予定です。
実は、現存のこれらのサイトは、最近、建築家へ要求する報酬が上がっています。経費として仕方の無い面もありますが、建築家に強いる負担が大きいように感じます。負担軽減と、施主の使いやすいサイト構築を目的に、また、全く違った価値の創出も行いたいと思っています。

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
