さて、今回から住宅瑕疵担保責任保険が義務となり、その仕様で作らなければならないのですが、基礎のべた部分の配筋が全て13ｄの鉄筋となっています。
しかし、この仕様しょっちゅう変わっているようです。住宅保証機構のホームページ参照の事。
お盆が迫っているので、この時期、施工者さんは大変です。
