基礎配筋検査 [H邸新築工事]

当然ですが、配筋チェックですね。
図面通りなのかどうか、本数、かぶり（鉄筋を覆っているコンクリートの厚さ）、鉄筋の径を調べます。
以前に書きましたが、この前の工程で防湿シートが敷かれますが、防湿シートも破れなく、正しく敷かれているかもチェックしなければなりません。この基礎、シロアリの事もあるので、結構、見に行く回数が増えます。
ですが、この見に行く回数が、自分の仕事とお施主様に自信を持って、「大丈夫です」と言える糧となります。
１年前、当仕事場の近くに、東京の設計事務所さんの現場がありましたが、最初と基礎コンクリート打ち込み時、上棟、内装やっている最中、完成時と数回しかきておらず、現場の職人も呆れていました。
どの職人にも顔を会わすくらいでないと意味はないでしょう。
お施主様に満足のいく監理とは、見る技術もさるところながら、見る回数も必要です。技術あっても見なければ意味がないですからね。
