マンションの外装の案づくり [住宅]

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

マンション・・・・・よく批判してはいますが、仕事もしているので、あんまり酷いこともいえないのですが、結局、世間はマンション・分譲住宅余りで次々と大型倒産・・・・・やっぱり作りすぎと言っていましたが、あたりました。
しかし、業界的には嬉しくなく、結局、業界全体が萎んでいくので面白くないとうのもあります。
改正建築基準法で不況で始まり、とどめはサブプライムのミニバブルがはじけこのような状況・・・・・・悲しいものがあります。
さて、マンションの色について、最近は立面図に色だけではなく、3Dで色付けして、施主サイドに見せることが普通となりかけています。当然と言えば当然で、個人住宅の家ですらやっているので、当然でしょう。
しかし、パース屋さんが大変でしょう。我々以上の3D又はパースを作らないといけないので・・・・・・実際にパース屋さんも潰れているとこのことで、難しい時代です。
上の画像はそのマンションの色案ですが、流石に家よりもレンダーは時間がかかりますね。
住宅とは違うボリュームと建物の形状は得がたいものがあります。
昨今、オレンジ・黒というベースが多いので、あえてデザインしました。
昔は茶が多かったのですが、今風にデザインしました。
とはいえ、もっとデザインすると、ﾊﾞﾙｺﾆｰの形状までも入るのですが、予算の事を考えると難しいですね。
でも、家とは違い、タイル貼の良さはあります。

このようなパースはソフトで出来るのでしょうね（でもそのソフトが高かったりして・・・）。
タイルの外壁はメンテナンスフリーに近いからでしょうか。

あと見栄えというと、タイル貼が通例となっています。
全面とはいきませんが、見栄え＝ｸﾞﾚｰﾄﾞを示しますので、格好をある程度つけるしかないのです。

構造物は鉄筋コンクリートでいいですが、内装に日本のスギやヒノキの板木を使ってください＾＾

まーそういうことだから、マンションの質が問われるのです。
Baldhead1010さんのおっしゃる通りの材料を使えば、逆に価値が出て、売れるのでしょうが・・・・・・

始めまして
パース、お上手です
今後は、設計者も３ＤＣＧを出来るようにならないと、いけないと思っています。
パース屋は、いずれ消えると、思っていますし、パースの出来ない個人設計事務所も淘汰するだろうと、思います。
