ユニットバスと外廻り取り付け [H邸新築工事]

昨今、上棟したお宅が、現在は外壁サイディング貼る手前、内部は断熱材充填、サッシ取り付け、ユニットバス設置が行われ、ほどなく、外部はサイディングを貼れば、家としてはっきりするような状況です。
さて、お施主さんが選んだユニットバスがクリナップだったのですが、天井が非常に高いものでした。
他のﾒｰｶｰであれば、せいぜい2ｍ程度ですが、2ｍ20ｃｍあるそうで、非常に開放感がありました。
天井が高いだけでなんという気持ちのよさ・・・・・・というか、ユニットバスはメーカーに差が無く、これと言って特徴に欠けているようにも感じていましたが、とりあえず、各メーカーが特徴を付けているようです。
床はカラリで皆同じですが、表面の仕上げに多少の差があるように感じます。
また、通常商品よりもリフォーム商品の方が特徴があり、ノーリツは0.75坪が出窓のように広げ１坪状態になるとか、タカラスタンダードにおいては、イレギュラーな寸法にも対応できる商品があります。
リフォームに関わると、非常に様々な寸法にお目にかかります。というか、尺グリッドでないとユニットバスは入らないのです。案外、こんなところで頓挫します。
そもそも、昔はタイル貼のお風呂で寸法は自由でしたから、関係なかったのですね。
しかし、自分の場合、メンテナンスの面からユニットバスをお勧めします。
