完成に近づくお宅！ 本当の 設計監理 とは？ 建築家 と 設計士 [H邸新築工事]

最近、書いていませんでしたが、完成に近づいていきました。
外部については、汚れを意識し、目地も壁も茶色です。というか、色選びについては、仕事の範囲外ですし、工務店さんとお施主さんが決めたのですが、建築家と名乗る以上、少し物足りない感じです。
同じサイディングを選ぶなら、外壁が白、バルコニー部は黒 といったセレクトを薦めるでしょう。
とはいえ、実は、自分は「建築家のベストは、施主のベストと違う場合が多い」と感じています。なので、施主としては、意匠に対し「こだわり」を見せず、「実」である 汚れの目立たない色を選んだのです。
昨今、テレビ番組もそうですが、建築家のおしゃれでかっこいい家は、屋根の軒が外壁から出ていない場合が多く、しかも、外壁も真っ白吹き付け・・・・・
出来たときは、施主も建築家も満足し、良いのですが、数年後、外壁は汚れ、施主はがっかりということが多いのです。
かっこいい家は、建築家とテレビ局・雑誌が喜ぶだけで、施主は喜ばないでは、お話にならないと思っています。そう思われる、老練な建築家の方もいらっしゃいます。また、施主には自分のデザインの全てを注ぎ、かっこいい家を作る、但し、後先考えない というデザイン優先の若い建築家もいます。
結局、使うのも、お金を出すのも「施主」なんです。施主の満足こそが次の仕事を作ることであり、雑誌に載って仕事を貰うことは、「邪道」のようにも感じています。そうじゃないと言われる方もいるでしょうが、こった意匠が、雨漏りや破損を招いている事が多いのも事実です。
自分は、ある方から、何を建築で重要視していますか？といわれたことがありますが、「コスト」と答えましたが、今は、「デザイン」です。しかし、このデザインというのは、かっこいい家をデザインするではなく、トータルで コストも 見た目も 使いやすさも 「デザイン」する いわゆる 「バランス」だと思います。
デザイン＝プロデュース＝バランス
というところでしょうか。建築家を選ばれるお施主様には、作った家を見るのではなく、「人」を見て選ぶべきだと思います。
