和風住宅 りっぱな母屋 日本の建築 [流山K邸新築工事]

昨年、お邪魔した流山の和風住宅というよりも、農家の母屋と言ったほうが良いでしょう。
たまたま、このような仕事が来たので、良い機会だと感じております。
りっぱな仕様であり、本来の日本人の生活ﾍﾟｰｽがこのような家にあります。
最近、モダン住宅ばかりで、大工言葉も知らない建築関係者 建築家 学生、自分も知らないこともありました。
振り返り、温故知新と行きたい所です。
図面だけでなく、構造計画も大工さんまかせでできない昨今、普段おこなっている設計よりも負荷が大きいと思っています。特に、意匠・・・・和室の意匠は図面表現が大変だと感じています。
やりがいがあります。
それにしても、坪単価が高すぎる・・・・というのが印象の和風住宅です。
和風住宅と言ってはいけないのだとは思いますが、このブログでは使わせていただきます。

その昔、萱葺き屋根の民家などは大工が建てたのではなく、村人総出で建てたと、日本民家園というところで知りました。
現代では、ちょっと想像が付き難い感じですけど、家ってそういうものなのかも知れないですね。

これだけの家ですので、屋根の方も是非屋根工事店などとも相談されて、昔風ではない現代の日本家屋にふさわしいものに出来ると素晴らしいと感じました。
（設計者とお施主様の意図をわかっていただける屋根工事店を探すのが難しかもしれませんが！？：ご相談下さればこちらのチャンネルで探すことは可能かもしれません。）
