外壁に取り掛かりました！ それと 桜満開の話題！ [S邸新築工事]

桜の前に とりあえず、S邸はめでたく、外壁に突入。
左官は下塗りです。
今回、「そとん壁」という櫻島の火山灰を原料の軽量モルタルです。
今回は、ダイライトを外壁の下地とし、耐震性を高め、かつ、セコム損保の火災保険の割引率を高めるため、モルタル塗り（そとん壁）です。火災保険の割引は、ローンするときにも助かります。結構、安くなったとお施主様よりお言葉を頂きました。
それぞれリンクつけておきます。
さて、桜ですが、こちらは地域ネタも含んでいます。
まずは、柏にある気象大学校の校庭の桜！
見事です。桜が枝を伸ばして、親子のところまで迫っているかのごとくです。
木の大きさとボリューム感は、かの千鳥が淵に負けていないように感じました。
柏市で一番の名所はどこ？と聞かれると柏の葉公園という雑誌が多いように感じます。
雑誌はこの間終わってしまった「千葉ウォーカー」ですが・・・・・（少し寂しい感じもしますね）
自分なら、柏市で一番はこの「気象大学校」と答えるでしょう。
気象大学の正門付近ですが、こちらの桜は小ぶりです。ですが、トンネルができています。
すばらしい！
この土日までもってくれると最高ですね！
さて、次は、茨城県取手市の常総ふれあい道路の沿道桜です。
毎年ですが、距離にして、2ｋｍくらいですが桜の道が続きます。
これだけ長い桜の道はここだけです。
運転しながら撮影しました。危ないけど綺麗な一枚です。
桜ネタは、３度目ですが、やはり花は美しいですね。
このブログで、桃・藤・躑躅・百合 等様々な花の話ができればと思います。
しかし、見渡すと若葉が芽吹き、黄緑色、黄色、桜の花の色、様々な花の色とそして青い空の色、川の色と春はまるで極楽浄土ですね。生きていてよかったと思う季節ですね。

新しい外壁ができているんですね。
火災保険と言うと、以前は木造でモルタル塗りの壁と
木の壁では構造様式が違って、保険料が違っていて、
火災保険も木造モルタルの家が多くて、
そこに鉄骨の家が入っていてって感じだったのですが
保険料もさらに細かくなっている感じですね。

Thank you for this article. I’d also like to say that it can be hard when you are in school and merely starting out to create a long history of credit. There are many students who are only trying to make it and have a good or favourable credit history can often be a difficult thing to have.
