足場 が外れました！ 桜島の火山灰（自然素材）壁 そとん壁！ [S邸新築工事]

このお宅は、5/23・24にオープンハウスの予定です。詳しくはﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞまで！
とうとう足場が外れました。
そとん壁の外壁がはっきり見えるようになりました。
この壁、竣工時の色からどんどん変化し、1年後に色が落ち着きます。
写真よりも、より白くなります。今は少しグレーですが・・・・・天気によっても見え方が異なります。
また、大雨のときに、外壁が濡れたように見えます。
これは、2重構造の外壁表面が濡れているだけで、内部の層でシャットアウトしています。
昔の純粋なモルタル塗といえるもので、通常であれば、モルタル塗の上に塗装（吹き付け）するのですが、そとん壁はそのようなものではありません。
とはいえ、まだ、バルコニー上部の笠木+手摺がないので、バルコニー部は濡れるのですが、別に異常ではありません。おとといの大雨ということもありましたが、屋根がかかっている部分は乾いているので問題ないでしょう。
一条波仕上という、通常の掻き落とし仕上よりも手間のかかった仕上げです。
