設計事務所・建築家のマッチングサイト with architect 完成！ [住宅]

随分前から、企画していたサイトが完成しました。

ですので、建築設計事務所 経営者の方で、登録されたい方には是非、見て欲しい今回の書き込みです。
そもそも、この企画を考え始めたのは随分前・・・・・・
先行している類似サイトに不満を覚えたので、自分でやってみたいと思い始めました。
類似サイトというのは、例えば、
ハウスコ 施主と建築士の広場 住宅新築ガイド ウィークエンドホームズ 等
検索すれば、ずいぶん沢山出てきますね。
仕方ないとはいえますが、ハードルを設け、クオリティ確保という意味でも、入会金・年会費が高いもの、実績ハードルが高かったりと、自由度もなく、結局、儲かる人だけが儲かる仕組みです。
お施主様がお金を払う払わないはサイトによって違います。
（当サイトは、取らない通常のコースとコンペを開く場合の有料コースで分けていますが、普通に募集するだけなら、お施主様には無料となります。）
また、自由度が高くても、サイトオーナーが会社でなく、かつ、本業をサイト運営にしてしまうと、途中で参加費用改定し、建築家の参加費用のみで、実際に契約に至った建築家から成功報酬をとらない、ある意味、堅実だか、ある意味、サイト運営者に都合の良すぎる内容となっている。
これらのサイトでどうしようもないのが、「施主が気にいらなかったので、採用ありません」です。
施主様のことであるので、仕方ない・・・・・ですが、これでＵＰした参加費用取られるのは、
「最初からうそだったんじゃないか？」
と思ってしまうほどです。
ですので、納得したかったので、とりあえず、初めてみました。
構想２年、完成に１年でしょうか・・・・・・試行錯誤もありましたが、なんとか完成しました。
このサイトの最大の特徴は、
サイトを見ていただければ良いのですが、
お施主さん（予定者）が「家建てたいから、建築家募集」に「参加します」と手を上げた設計事務所から参加費用を頂き、施主さんが「この方に決まりました」というときに、契約に至った建築家さんから成功報酬を頂くという、もう既に存在しているシステムです。
が、その「参加します」の費用と「成功報酬」を安く設定していることです。
ただでさえ、効率のよくない仕事であり、はっきりいえば、あんまり儲からない仕事。
そんな中、営業力がないから、かわりにやったあげるので、工事費の1％よこせだとか、設計料の10％よこせというのは、いくらなんでも足元見たやり方に感じます。
まー営業力がないのは確かなのですが・・・・・・・・
もちろん、経費が軽い分が設計側のメリットでもありますが、それは、誰にでもチャンスを与えられると言う意味でも、仕事に恵まれていない若手にも良いと言えます。
このサイトは、インターネットができる方対象だけは、仕方ないのですが、インターネットで、お施主様に紹介する形式は、どのサイトともかわりませんが、資料の送付等一切、インターネットで行うやり方で、できるだけ施主様に早く情報を届けられるように、そして、できる限り早く判断できるようにしています。（最初からゆっくりお考えになりたい方には無理しませんが）
また、資料やコンペの作品を施主へ見せて、そのままほったらかしというのはしないこととしています。お施主様には期限を設け、かつ、時間がかかるようなら、アドバイスを与えるやり方です。
類似サイトで、自分も結果を知るのに随分時間がかかった記憶があります。
ともあれ、まず、登録していただける事務所・建築家様がいないと、始まりません。

是非、見ていただいた設計事務所・建築家の方には是非、参加していただきたいと思っています。
お施主様への信用度を上げる工夫というか、建築家様へのお願い事項もありますが、ご容赦下さい。
