1000円食べ放題しゃぶしゃぶ 稲敷市（旧新利根町エリア） と UR流山おおたかの森土地分譲 [住宅]

本日は、UR流山おおたかの森土地分譲の抽選会に参上。
今日、成果は今の段階ではあるとは言えませんが、お話させて頂いた方もいて、今後、土地探しからお手伝いします！という具合です。ともあれ、外れた方もあきらめず、土地を探し、素晴らしい家を共に作りましょう！
今日は、ほぼ10年ぶりにその抽選会で、昔のサークル仲間の方に会ってしまいました。ご結婚されて、お子様と一緒に来られていましたね。営業するとこんなこともあるのですね。楽しいものです。
さて、設計屋も営業現場を体験するとと共に、いつかは結果が出ると思い、こつこつとURの分譲抽選会には出向いているんですね。
ハウスメーカーさんは営業手段として、普段からやられているようですが、自分もこの１年、こつこつと回っています。
やっていくうちに、ただパンフを配ると言うハウスメーカー的物量作戦は取れませんので、抽選であたった人か、または、外れても話ができそうな方を対象に営業することにしています。
地道ではありますが、ハウスメーカーしか選択肢がないように見えてしまう状況打開にはよいと考えています。
とはいえ、ハウスメーカーの方とも話ができるので、案外楽しいものです。
口を空いているだけの営業には疑問だし、そもそも、客に来てもらうという敷居の高い態度は、これまでの設計事務所の課題でもあります。
そうですね、少し設計事務所の悪いところを書きますが・・・たぶん、こんなところが敷居の高い原因じゃないかと思っています。
例えば、お客様に事務所に来てもらうこと。
これは、設計事務所の考え方、仕事場、能力を測る上で、雑誌でも紹介されていますが、裏にはこんな意味も・・それは
「客」に主導権を与えない為・・・・・
事務所というのは、いわゆる設計事務所のホームゲーム。「客」の好きなようにはさせないという意味もあると、直接的には書いていませんでしたが、あきらかにそんな表現で書かれているものがありました。
「さすがにそうは思っていない・・・」と自分も読んだとき思いましたが、お客様の立場では、そう思われる時もあるかもしれません。そう思うと、敷居を高くする原因かもと考えるようになりました。でも、全てのお客様がそう考えているかといえば、そうともいえないでしょうが・・・・・
もう一つ、敷居を高くしている事は、（ハウスメーカーを見ていると感じるのですが）、ある意味、専門家として頼もしいのですが、実は、「志」や思いが一般人と目線が違いすぎる為だと思います。
我々が絶対によいだとか、このｱﾝｸﾞﾙが良いのですなんて何回言っても、そんなの生活に必要ないといわれることがあるのです。もちろん、生活に必要なプランや機能だと説明し、お客様が納得すればですが、竣工後、お施主様と関係が良いと、かえって不満も言わなかったりで、本音が隠れる場合があるようにも感じます。まー直接的に言ってくれる方もいらっしゃるとは思いますが・・・・
また、自分は雑誌に載るほどの建築家ですだとか、きっと将来、有名な建築家になりますから・・・・だとか自分を高めるには良い目標設定でしょうが、それは、良い家を作る為の要素には違いないですが、なんかバリヤーを張っているようにも感じます。（それはこれから書くハウスメーカーの営業マンの方に感じる逆の事なんです。）
一方、ハウスメーカーの営業マンの方は、もちろん、資格を持っている専門家ではないにしても、であるがゆえに、お客様目線ですというのは確かに感じます。もちろん、売っている立場なので、セミプロといったところでしょうが・・・・・
ですので態度も、敷居が高いように感じません。技術のプロでもないし、売りは接客であり、「人間」が売りなんです。逆に言えば、責任感が若干無いだとか悪い意味もありますが、私から見ると、そこがかえって敷居を低くしていると思えます。
お客様の為に何回も家に挨拶し（いわゆる三顧礼みたいな）、認めてもらう・・・・・だとか、知らなさそうで知っていますと言うセミプロ的立場で信頼を得るだとか・・・・・とはいえ、会社の看板で信用される事が大きいとは言えますが・・・・
もちろん、彼らの接客が全てよいわけではありませんが、買うとなると、彼らの人件費もたっぷり入った家を買うことにもなります。それがいい事ではないと散々このブログでも語っていますが、悪いことばかりではない事も事実です。それが、先に書いた営業マンで買うということであり、それこそが営業マンの真髄でありましょう。反面教師でもありますね。
営業マンで買うという風習が、以前ほど無くなってきましたが、彼らの態度を生で見ると、「お客様」への対応はいつも考えさせられます。今後とも、別の事でも感じる事があるでしょうから、この活動は続けようと思っています。

話が180度変わりますが、ネタが多いので、纏めて書いちゃいます。
それは、連休中ですが、茨城県稲敷市の「黄金火鍋」という薬膳しゃぶしゃぶの店に行って来ました。
この店の料理の写真を撮るのを忘れたので、店内の案内と店内の写真で勘弁してください。
1000円という低価格！この値段で好きなだけしゃぶしゃぶが食べられます。
肉は、牛 豚 鳥 ラム の4種から選べます。自分的には鳥・ラムがお勧めです。
スープは確か４種ぐらいあったような・・・・・ 野菜も食べ放題です。
そもそもこの店、あの「肉のハナマサ」の工場の関連なんです。
なんでこんなところにあるのでしょうか？疑問に感じますが、ともかく、その為、肉の激安スーパーもあり、肉を食べたい方にはもってこいです。
とりあえず、期間があるようですが、しばらくは1000円の模様です。
1500円でもOKだと感じましたが、まー牛タンのしゃぶしゃぶもあるといいナーとも思いました。
車で行かないといけないので、ドライバーさんはお酒は駄目ですよ！
