すのこ床 [O邸新築工事]

以前、やったことのある、「すのこ床」のＭｋⅡ というのが、今回のＯ邸には見られます。
２階との連帯性を深める事ができ、かつ、木漏れ日などによりの日々の変化を楽しめる事が期待できます。
欠点は、空気の流通がある為、いわゆる「吹き抜け」と同じ状態になる事。
ですので、部屋ごとに区切り、暖房効率を上げたい方には、「不向き」ではありますが、「吹き抜け」をお考えの方には、こんな使い方があるという例です。
基本的に、今回のお宅では、１２時前後に木漏れ日状態が体験できます。
なんだか贅沢に感じてしまいますね。
自分は、ステンドグラスだとか、フランクロイドライトの建築物の凝ったディティールの窓から入る光の演出が気に入っています。
このような演出は、家の中に居続けても、時間を感じ、また、変わらない部屋の雰囲気に「変化」を与えます。
最も、窓から景色を見ていれば「変化」は感じますが、部屋の中にもあるべきだと自分は思っています。
その有効な手段は、このような模様＝影であり、地球にある限り、影はできますから、こんな方法をするわけです。
