店舗プロジェクト＠埼玉と東京の境 + 建築士製図試験ウンチク [プロジェクト]

毎日、暑いですね。蚊で起きることもあったのですが、昨晩は、「暑さ」で起きてしまい、クーラーのお世話に。クーラーはあんまりつけないのですが、付けないと眠れないようになってます。
さて、少し長いスパンですが、店舗のプロジェクトの為、埼玉と東京の境で打合せです。
初期の初期から関わるのは初めてですね。
昔、現有名コーヒーショップをやったことがありますが、それはなにもかもが出来ていましたから、面白さはないかな～。（完成時のタダ券もらってフラッペ食べまくりましたが）
更なる飛躍を感じる「熱い夏」になる事を！！！

そういえば、 そろそろ1級建築士の製図講師のお仕事がはじまりそうです。
今年の課題はなんなのか？マンション+何か なのか？
自分が受けていた頃が思い出され、必死でやっていた事を思い出されます。
昨年やってみて、受かる人間は「すんなり」受かってます。
それも、学科～製図 と一発で。
だからといって、仕事が優秀かどうかは別ですが、人生の時間の使い方からすれば、かなり有効というか、ロスが無いことになります。「夏」を無駄にならないのですから・・・・・・
自分はすんなり派ではなかったので、もがき苦しむ方々の気持ちが100％ではないにしても、分かります。
自分の場合、テストがどうも弱かった傾向なんですが、テストが得意な高学歴の方々は、当時もすんなり学科は受かってましたね。
建築士の場合、高学歴でも出来ない人がいるのが、「製図」です。
ですから、純粋なテストが出来る事が優位な、様々な職種・職場とは違うのです。
これが採れないから、建築業界も諦めた人もいますからね。
とはいえ、前回のブログでも書きましたが、山のように建築士がいます。
社会的にも「多すぎ」かもしれない「建築士」。
しかし、若い世代は、テストも難しく、受かる人数も昔の半分くらいだったか・・・要するに、昔とった人よりも優秀なんですね。
今年も、どのくらいの合格者をだせるかわかりませんか、出来る限り、自分が関わった方は、合格させたいものです。

取手駅から通っている自分が懐かしい・・・・・

浦安市 千葉市 佐倉市 習志野市 八千代市 印旛郡 成田市 等
千葉県は、柏・松戸・我孫子が中心です。まー柏がホームタウンですがね・・・・

Most of what you state is astonishingly accurate and it makes me wonder the reason why I hadn’t looked at this in this light previously. This particular article truly did switch the light on for me personally as far as this issue goes. But at this time there is just one issue I am not necessarily too cozy with so while I attempt to reconcile that with the central idea of your position, let me see what the rest of the subscribers have to say.Very well done.

While Associate Certification are a great way to get started on, completing your current Bachelors opens many entrances to various employment opportunities, there are numerous on-line Bachelor Diploma Programs available through institutions like The University of Phoenix, Intercontinental University Online and Kaplan. Another thing is that many brick and mortar institutions present Online variants of their qualifications but commonly for a significantly higher cost than the providers that specialize in online college degree programs.
