さて、忙しい日々でしたが、用事も兼ねて長野の諏訪へ行って来ました。
順不同で旅行の出来事をブログでアップします。
さて、最初は、イタリアン「DANLO」です。
今回こちらは、さる方のご推薦で行きました。また、イレギュラーですが、「真澄」を持ち込めました。スペシャルです！！
看板から分かりますが、「肉料理」しかも「豚さん」がメインです。
店の雰囲気はこんな感じです！！！！
お店の雰囲気は家庭的で、昔、イタリアに行ったときに感じた、フィレンツェのお店を思い起こさせました。 フィレンツェ周辺も肉料理がメインで、とても美味しかった印象があります。Tボーンステーキですね！！！
個室は1つだけですが、ここで楽しいひと時も良いですね！
特別に「真澄」を一緒に頂けました。辛口生一本が合ってました。
イタリアンには辛口です！
さて、最初にパンから・・・パンもイタリア本土を思い起こさせる、本格的な味わいでした。
パンとワインだけでもいけてしまう自分ではありますが、ここより前菜の盛り合わせ。
使われている野菜 特に インゲンをブロッコリーが最高でした。歯ごたえ、しっかりとした味。諏訪周辺の野菜ですが、今年の猛暑で大変だった夏でしたが、昨今、寒暖差が昼夜で出てきた為、非常に美味しくなっています。秋が楽しみでなりません。
前菜の盛り合わせは、本来、前菜を少量づつ一枚の皿に載せたものですが、様々な前菜を楽しめて実に幸せでした。
そして、メイン！！！
300グラムの肉厚豚さんです。
この肉は絶品でした！！！！
油が食べられます。というか美味しいのです。
一噛み一噛みの味が、なんともいえないです。豚ってこんなに美味しかったんですね！！！！
油を避けて食べるのではなく、食べないともったいない というお肉。
噛めば脳を刺激するような、豚の肉本来の美味しさ。まー豚肉は特別な豚ですが。
肉はしかっりの歯ごたえと、味はしっとりというか優しい・・・ 脂肪部分と肉部分を一緒に食べた時の触感は抜群です！
生産者と料理人の合作！食べると幸せになる豚肉でした。また食べたい！！！！
マスターと奥さんが暖かく迎えてくれます。
価格帯は、そうですね、お一人7000円～でお酒とお肉が楽しめるかと。
嬉しい値段のコースもありましたね！
本当に自分へのご褒美でした！

千葉県は、柏・松戸・我孫子が中心です。まー柏がホームタウンですがね・・・・
