仮設住宅建設開始 [災害]
被災者の方、帰らぬ人となった方々が日々増えている毎日に、心が痛みます。お悔やみ申し上げます。
被災者の方々の為に、仮設住宅が建ち始めました。
実は、自分も会社員最後の仕事が仮設住宅の会社だったので、この間の、中越地震には、約３週間、新潟に行っていました。
毎日、休日なしで朝8：00～夜9：00まで働いていたのを覚えています。
その時の同僚の方々が、おそらく、今回も行っているでしょう。
今回は、新潟中越地震よりも多い戸数を作らなければならないと思います。
おそらく、３ヶ月ではきかないでしょう。長い間、現場に行かなければならないでしょう。
現場に行くと、「苦しいのは、被災者の方々、自分たちは違う。自分たちがやらなければ」という使命感でひたすらにやるものなんです。
なので、実は、仕事の達成感は、凄いものでした。
で、自分は、その会社に約２年程度お世話になったのですが、その会社の仕事で、一番充実していたのは、仮設住宅建築だったと思います。
自分にとって、図面しか書かない、いわゆるデスクワーク的な自分を変えてくれたのは、この仕事でした・・・・・・
しかし、仮設住宅が良い仕事だからといって、何度も建てる事がなければと、日々思っていました。
しかし、こんなに建てなければならない事態がくるとは・・・・・・・・
仮設住宅を建てる会社とすれば、社会的使命もあるのですが、実を言えば、一番、忙しく、ある意味、この不景気で助かる・・・・ともいえる仕事になってしまうのです。
災害で儲けると言われるのは実に悲しいですが、経営者の方は現場にはなかなか行かず、パブリックコメントのみ、あたりまえのお悔やみ文章・・・・・では、ダメだと思います。だからと言って、ずっと現場にいろとは言いませんが、少なくとも、１週間は行って欲しいものです。
しかし、現場に方には、是非、頑張ってください。
とても大変ですが、とても誇りある、そして人の為になる仕事です！

Nearly all of what you articulate is supprisingly accurate and it makes me ponder the reason why I hadn’t looked at this with this light previously.
