今年も真澄会がありました。
本来、あの大震災のあった3/11に予定されていたのですが、当然、中止となり、４か月後の7/11となりました。
久々にお会いする方々のお話も、当日どうしていたのかという話が主でした。
多くの方々からのお話を聞くと、あまりにも凄い大事件だったことを思い知らされます。
さて、個別なお話はできませんが、宮坂醸造の宮坂社長より、今年のお酒は、東北を応援するという意味で、どうも東北のお酒がバカ売れで、逆に関西が大変なようです。
その影響で、名のある酒蔵も歴史に幕を閉じるところもあるようです。
本当に、日本全国に影響を与えています。
ちなみに、今回明るみになったセシウム入り牛肉ですが、出荷されると、関西等西の地域にも行きます。要するに、日本にいると、どこだろうと心配が尽きないわけで、やはり、日本人である限り逃げられないのでしょうね。
さて、写真は昨日の料理です。
夏らしい料理でした。しかし、梅雨も明けるのが早いうえに、この暑さ・・・・先が思いやられます。
計10品。涼やかさを味わう内容でした。
冷酒が実に合う食事だったかと思います。
