リフォーム工事が進み、来週完成予定です。
明るくしたい！！！というお施主様の希望と、空間的な面白さを反映したリフォームです。
ロフトを配したリフォームですが、構造的な難しさを実感したリフォームでした。
実は、2度目のリフォームにあたるそうで、以前のリフォーム工事が褒められたものではありません。
ですので、今回、できるだけ是正しました。
また、壁・天井を壊してわかることも多いリフォーム工事。
今回はその典型で、梁・柱が必要になりました。
でも、それが、結局、良かったりもします。
流れに逆らわず、行くべき力の流れを生かせば、良い家になる・・・・・
最近の考えです。
