久々の家ができるまでの実況です。
先日、めでたく、地鎮祭を行いました。
地鎮祭を行うと身が引き締まります。
これから頑張って監理していかないとと思いました。
実は、このお宅は、お施主様からは、耐震面重視かつ、無駄の無いプランで5LDK希望、材料も凝ったものは要求しないということで、いわゆる、建築家のつくるデザインのきいた家と言うことではないのですが、今回の工務店が、所謂、お施主様と直接の繋がりがあり、打ち合わせも工務店さんサイドでしたので、自分はこれと言って提案はないのですが、監理まで行うこととなりましたので、しっかり見させていただきます！
で、今回のお宅の敷地は実は、自分がたまたま見つけたもので、お付き合いしている工務店さんに「土地ないかね？」と言われていたので、さるとき、不動産屋さんに聞き、「これはどうですか？」と送ってみたのです。そうしたら、良い反応がきまして、建てることと相成りました。
今回のお宅のプランは、無駄の無いプラン、1・2階とも同形で耐震性重視でした。要するに、効率の良い家ということで、自分もそれについては、賛成です。
無駄にお金を払わせる案といっても、気に入れば別ですが、そうでない場合、ただの無駄金を払わせる事にもなりますので・・・・・・・・・
今回、お宅が、無事、そしてクオリティの高い完成となるよう心からお祈りします。
さて、ちょっと脱線ですが、金曜日は宅建の更新講習で缶詰でした。
近くにマリンタワーがありますが、何も無く、海岸の埋立地と言う感じです。千葉市のうんちくはこの間書きましたが、再び、建築士の講習のために来なければなりませんので、少し億劫です。それにしても暑かった！
