昔の日本の家は、寒いの当然！ [住宅]

昔の日本の家は 夏を意識して作るので、ようするに、暑さ対策がほとんどです。
ですので、家の隅から隅まで開口する窓や縁側等、冬寒いかもしれないが、夏の方が重要としていました。
屋根の軒の出は、深かったのは夏の日射避けの為でしたし、細やかなところを夏対策してました。
もっとも、完全な木造でしたし、屋根も茅葺等、壁は土塗りと今と明らかに違うところがありましたが、今と発想が違っていました。
今の日本家屋というのは、仕様が現在の家なので、断熱窓・外壁の断熱もしっかり行い、屋根・天井もその対策を行います。
当然、夏対策ではなく冬対策で、夏はクーラーということですが、はたして、どちらがエコになるのでしょうか？
冬の暖房に多くのエネルギーを使うか、夏のクーラーのエネルギーに 使うかです。
両方ともできることがエコでしょう。
こういう事をうたっているシステムがあったかと思います。
しかし、それもどちらかと言えば、冬ですし、夏を考えると、どうしても開口を大きくし、風が入るようにしなければならないのです。
そんな家を他の建築家がやっているのを見たことがあります。
南面に大開口、開口部は木製ｻｯｼです。
他人がやっていることで、あまり共感できないところもあったのですが、最近は、その考えに共感しています。
機会があれば、大開口 夏涼しい クーラーの要らない 冬暖かい家 やってみたいですね。

吉田兼好法師の徒然草だったかに、「家のつくりやう（よう）は夏を旨とすべし。冬は如何なるところにも住まる。あつき頃わろき（悪き）すまひ（住まい）はたえがたきことなり。」との、記述があった記憶があります。
かといって冬を蔑ろにしたわけではなく、記事中にある軒や庇の出は、太陽の南中高度を利用した本当に素晴らしい智恵ではないでしょうか？
実際に日本家屋は、昔の建具が使われていた隙間風を目張りテープで防ぐ寒い家との印象がいまだに強く残っているように思いますが、今のサッシや建具を使えばそれだけでかつての印象とは全く別物の家が建つ様に思います。
冷暖房効率の良い高断熱高気密の家よりも、私個人としては冷暖房を使う必要のある日が少ない家の方が、遙かにエコだと感じています。

Thanks for your posting on this blog site. From my very own experience, there are occassions when softening up a photograph may possibly provide the photography with a little an artistic flare. Often times however, the soft blur isn’t just what you had in your mind and can sometimes spoil a normally good image, especially if you thinking about enlarging this.
