ガソリンで建材UP 釜を使う商品関係・・・・ [住宅]

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

建材で釜を使う 即ち、ガソリンというか重油を使って 「釜」で焼いて商品を作る建築物の建材が多いのはご存知でしょうか？
釜を使うというのは、いわゆる陶器みたいなもので、該当するのは・・・・・・・
タイル 瓦 便器・洗面器 昔はお風呂の浴槽も。
数で言えば、最もパーツとして使っている建築物。
煽りを受けるのは当然！
この間も工務店さんから、屋根の値段が上がっただとか聞いています。
「釜」を使うメーカーは火を落とす つまり、一回消すということですが、それができないそうです。
一回消すと、もう一回つけるのに大変時間がかかるからです。
輸送費もあがるので、ダブルパンチですが、またまた値上げ・・・・なんだかどうしようもありません。
値上げしたお金は結局、ガソリンに投資している連中の懐でしょうから、庶民は損ばかりです。
とはいえ、資本主義の中で、規制すればどうなるか・・・・・日本のバブルが弾けたように、大恐慌ともなるかもしれません。
釜を使う商品を使わない建物はないので、値段が上がることはしょうがありません。
物価上がり、家も買えず（高くなったので）、給料はそのまま・・・・・
踏んだりけったりですね。時々思うのですが、江戸時代末期に似ているのではと思ってしまいます。
明治維新みたいなことがあるとは思えませんが、大きく変われない日本、また、変われない世界・・・・・なんとかならないかと思っているのは自分だけではないはずです。

瓦の場合は、1億円分の製品を作るのに現在の燃料価格の水準では燃料が２千万円ほど余分に掛かる状況になっています。
また、設備をフルに稼働させられる需要であれば固定費の案分比率が下がるのですが、出荷水準も低迷しており二重のコスト高となっています。
変わらない限らず、金属の高騰で金属屋根業界やその他の建材も同様な状況で喘いでいます。
瓦をはじめとする建材や、それを工事する職人さんや、もちろん背ｌちゅけいをする建築設計事務所も庶民ですので、どうしても悪循環から抜け出せません。
