瑕疵担保保険 と 法律に疎い 職人さんたち・・・・・ [住宅]

困ったもんだ・・・・・と感じました。
我々、設計に携わる者としては、瑕疵担保保険への理解はあるものの、とある組合の講習会に行くと、職人さんたち（特に農村部）は、確認申請さえいらないところなのに、「そんなものいらない」という風潮です。
彼らは、瑕疵担保の成り立ちを知らない事や、もし補修となれば、自分たちがなおしに行くので変わらないという考えで、「いらんそんなもの」と言いたいのでしょう。
モラルハザードと配られた文面にも書いてあるのに、発言そのものがモラルハザードです。
自分は、この瑕疵担保責任保険は、以前に比べると 手続きが大変で、住宅の仕様を上げるものであり、予算を握る大工さん・工務店さんには厳しい法律でしょうが、「良いこと」と考えています。
それは、メーカーに名前と言う名の保証があるという弊害で、営業上苦戦を強いられてきただけに、全ての住宅の保証関係が国の基準で一元化したのです。これは、メーカーと差が無いということなんですね。
メーカーは差をつけるため、20年保証だとかうたっているところもありますが、昨今の社会情勢をみると、20年も会社が存続するでしょうか？疑問にも感じますが。
なにはともあれ、都市部を離れた いわゆる町村部の職人さんたちは、今ままで、確認申請もしなければ、完了検査などとんでもないと思っていた人が多かったでしょうから、今度から検査は必ず受けるということを肝に銘じやってほしいものです。
とはいえ、逆に、この確認申請費用や完了検査費用を値上げする検査機関が多く、手間がかかるとはいえ、昨年6月に続く値上げをするところもあり、困ったものです。
妥当な金額があるかと思います。
自分は、確認申請費用と完了検査費用がセットで5万円というところが最大と感じています。それ以上だというのは、甚だ疑問です。
結局、お施主にシワ寄せが行くのですから・・・・・・
