基礎配筋 ＋ 番外 東京国際フォーラム [S邸新築工事]

S邸の基礎配筋肉が始まりました。
基礎鉄筋ピッチから、コンクリートのかぶりチェックを行います。工務店任せなんてできません。
工務店と我々設計事務所 そして、来年から本格的になる瑕疵担保責任保険の検査と、住宅の品質チェックが多くなり、ますます、メーカーだから品質が高いということではなくなってきています。
週2で見る必要があると書いたことがありますが、まさにその通りで、自分の設計したものを週1も見に来ない設計者など論外です。
瑕疵担保責任保険が来年から義務化ですが、はやり瑕疵担保は厳しい分、良い品質を確保し、また、我々の存在を際立たせる事にもなり、確認申請の厳格化で混乱し、厳格化そのものは良いように感じていませんが、瑕疵担保については、良い法律と思っています。
小工務店には厳しい法律でしょうが、「完了検査なんかお金がかかるだけだ」なんて通用しない世の中となりますので、心当たりのある方は、注意してくださいね。
この前の工程は、水糸をはって、通芯を決め、基礎に入ります。まだまだ、先は長いです。
番外編は、瑕疵担保の検査員の講習会で行った東京国際フォーラム。
高いところから見た内観は初めてでした。自分は この建物 なかなかの傑作と感じていますが・・・・・
