基礎 配筋 検査 チェック [S邸新築工事]

施工中の現場で、基礎の配筋チェックを行いました。
鉄筋の設置間隔や鉄筋の径 そして、補強等が行われているか？
また、基礎の平らな部分（べた基礎でいう ベース部分）のコンクリート打ち後のチェックとホールダウン金物やアンカーボルトの位置の確認を行いました。
ホールダウン金物は、地震・強風時、筋交や構造壁にかかる力を基礎に伝達する剛強な金物です。アンカーボルトは単純に、土台と基礎を繋げるものですが、アンカーボルトでは、ホールダウン金物ほど耐久性がなく、アンカーボルトのみの場合、大きな地震が来たら、土台ごと引っこ抜かれる事になり、それは倒壊を示しています。
そんな力に対抗するのが、ホールダウン金物です。計算上、Ｎ値計算というものを行います。
当該工事では、もう一回、立ち上がりコンクリートを打つ前に、もう一回、チェックを行い、間違いが無いか確認します。
いずれにしても、このような事の繰り返しが、安全な家を作ります。
これらを見るのに、週２回はあたりまえです。
現場確認を行わない設計事務所や、デザイン事務所と言って、そのような事をしないと言い張る事務所や、定例会議以外は来ないという事務所はお話になりません。自分はエリア以内で、頻繁に見に行けるところを仕事の範囲としています。デザインばかりで、後は工務店任せは、監理者になっていない以外は、許されない行為です。そんな設計事務所を選んでほしくないと心から願います。
設計事務所に依頼する方は、あらかじめ、工事時の監理体制を聞いた方が良いかと思います。「うちはデザイン料として設計料を頂きます。確認申請までです。」という場合があり、遠方で無理というのもあるので、その建築家がどうしても良い場合以外は、お勧めできません。くれぐれもご注意下さい。
