防蟻処理をし、ダイライトを完全に貼り終えました。
防蟻処理については、瑕疵担保保険のチェック項目でもありますが、瑕疵担保の防蟻については、フラット35仕様参照との事なので、防蟻の詳細については、瑕疵担保では載っていないのです。
サッシ枠が付きましたが、障子がまだです。
まだ、雰囲気が出ませんね。
春一番が吹くとか言っていましたが、吹きもせず、風の心配のないので、作業は滞りなく進んでいます。
現場は天気が重要。ある意味、農業と同じなんです。
とある現場の大工さんと現場に来ない、来ても建物の中に入らない設計士の話をしましたが、実にけしからん話です。その上、不具合が出たり、思ったとおりできないといちゃもんを付けまくる・・・・・実際のものを見て判断せず、机上でしか仕事しないことは、けしからん事です。これは、年齢が高いほど、現場には行かず、まかせっきりが多い傾向です。そうでない方ももちろんいらっしゃいますが、このような傾向が多いのは、やはり棟数の多い分譲や、ハウスメーカーの設計でしょう。
監理者とは名ばかりで、現場任せ・・・・図面が完璧ならば良いでしょうが、100％そんなことはありません。
ともかく、ちゃんと設計者現場に来るべきです。基本ですから・・・・・・

確かに現場で打ち合わせをしない設計士さんもいますね、そんな人に限って工事後からでも平気でやり直しを言ってきます。
