最近の監理の報告のやり方にていて [住宅]

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

当然、時代の流れで、メールで現場の進捗状況を伝えています。
現場の状況は、主に写真で使え、見た項目も分かりやすく書いています。専門的に書くことは、建築が素人ともいえるお施主さまには分かりづらいので、意識して書いています。
レスポンスの早いお施主様だと、タイムリーにご了承頂いたり、ご要望があったりと、実は、この文明の力は、建築をやっている側からも使いやすく便利です。
お施主様への報告をブログでやっているという方もいるとか聞いたことがありますが、公共性が強いので、パスワードなど設定しているのでしょう。施主様と設計事務所のみ見れるようにする必要があります。
ともかく、これだけ早い報告ができるので、設計事務所が何をやっているのかが、お施主様に見えやすくなっていて、仕事の説明と存在の意義を示しやすくはなっていると思います。
設計事務所に頼む事自体、敷居が高く、面倒くさいと思われがちですが、今の時代、やり方次第で批評にオープンになれると思います。
ですので、当方は、ホームページにブログ そして、お施主様には メールによる早目の報告を行っています。
