つくばエクスプレスの投函物　と　そのエリアの住宅のお話　[住宅] [編集]

↑押してして頂けると大変恐縮です。(というか本当に助かります。上だけでもお願いします。）

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

地域ネタか難しいところでしたが、住宅ネタで・・・・・

実は、今日、ポストにつくばエクスプレスの投函物が・・・・・内容は駅の案内と利用しましょうという案内。オールカラーで、柏の葉ｷｬﾝﾊﾟｽ駅使いそうなエリアに全て配っているようです。

こんなものが届くと、なんだか、乗降客が頭うちなのではないか？と心配になります。

4年目ですが、この「つくばエクスプレス」の沿線の人口伸び率は、恐らく、このリーマンショックでダウンしたはずです。

守谷のマンションも叩き売りと聞いています。ですので、今後が心配です。

実は、土地の価格も案外高いもので、守谷を筆頭に、その先の駅まで、同じ茨城県なのに、取手に比べて高いです。

南の千葉県側はもちろん高いのですが、茨城県なのに高い　というのが多いという実状です。

とはいえ、つくばエクスプレスのブランド売りだったので、当然、景気の状況で下がるでしょうが、自身、このエリアで食べているものとしては、非常に問題です。

しかし、逆に言えば、これはチャンスです。

叩き売りの時期を見計らい、購入すればよいのです。

柏近辺は、ひどいものですが、もちろん、つくばエリアも同様のはずです。

マンションも下がっているのでチャンスですが、折角なので、土地も視野に入れてお考えになるとよいかもしれません。

今度、春先に　URや千葉県　茨城県　が土地を分譲するでしょう。

15年くらい前だと思うのですが、
友人が千葉中央ニュータウンにマンションを買ったので
買ってすぐくらいに遊びに行った事があります。
マンション自体はよかったのですが、
まだ、駅前にもお店もあまりなく、
都心からの交通も不便ではなかったのですが
交通費がとてもかかってしまう場所だったからなのか
彼女のマンションも完売しなくて、
数年後に価格を下げて売り出され、とても怒っていた事を
思いだします。

When I was a little girl, I read several romantic novels. My older sister thought I was insane.
