大工さんがいる間で行う事を打合せし、お話しておきます。
本日は床暖房の打合せもありました。接続方法について、パナソニック電工を呼んで説明会です。
床材と窓枠の色です。
天井は組みあがってきました。

ここより、建築徒然草です。思うところがあり、書いた次第です。
さて、違うお施主様とのお話ですが、その方はさる新設駅の近くの区画整理地にお住まいの都合で、賃貸住宅建てませんか だとかで、 土地活用で役者で映画監督でもあるＭ氏のＣＭのＤ社だとか、地元ハウスメーカーの（といっても千葉ではなく埼玉の会社）Ｐ社だとか、はたまた、テレビで面白いＣＭしているハウスメーカー系のＤ社だとから、賃貸住宅で土地活用だとかでよく来るそうです。
営業活動なので、見方によっては仕方ないのですが、お施主様にとっては迷惑そのもの。
昨今、非常に経済状態が悪い中、土地活用とは・・・・賃貸住宅の空室状況もかなりあるように見えます。春の時期は引越しシーズンですから、入れ替わりも激しいのですが、賃貸住宅どころか、分譲住宅もあまっている状況ですから、このようなお話は 地主様は特に慎重になるべきです。
それら会社が話題に出たので、ついでに書きますが、自分はこれらの会社とは取引がないものの、これら会社のお仕事を普段のくいぶちにしている設計事務所も多いとは思います。事務所維持する為と非情になるしかないとは思いますが、これらと土地活用提案型については、自分はあんまり良いﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽだとは思っていません。それに加担していない分、考えに反していないと思っています。
仕事を選ぶなとも言われそうですが、理想・考え方を述べるにも、実際はどうしているか？というのも重要です。様々なやり方・考え方が建築にはある中、正しいのは自分だと言う方がほとんどですし、そう言わないと存在価値がないからです。
通常、ブログ・ホームページでも、仕事の上で、自分を悪いようには書きませんし、また、同業他社についても 良いように書かない事も多く、結局、それを判断するのは お施主様。
昨今、大手と言われる会社も倒産する中、知り合いのつて、友人のつて、両親のつて といった繋がりが一番の信用なのでしょう。

昨今、政府の財団法人やら役人が作った組織について無駄金がでていると厳しいお話がありますが、これは建築の業界ではよくある話であり、自分も非常に感じています。
そんな団体に所属したくはないと内心思っています。
以前、ほんの少しだけ 建築士事務所が入る協会に所属したことがありましたが、政府から移管されて建築士の講習会を主宰したり、資格の受付等、また耐震診断についても、県から直接仕事が流れる仕組みであり、（確かに他に頼めないからかもしれませんが） 所属していても、いったい活動はしているのか不自然に感じたりしていました。
今、職人さん系の組合に所属していますが、政府のバラマキについては、同様に感じるところがあります。
社会の清濁、あるに決まっているとはいえ、なかなか現実と理想はうまくいかない・・・・・そう思う昨今です。

一部のハウスメーカーの中には標準仕様では低価格を売りにして追加工事で莫大な値段を請求する事があるそうですが、お施主さんが気の毒思ってしまう時があります
