家のプランと個性 [住宅]

只今、プレゼンの準備に全力投球中ですが、プランについては、30案も作り、そこからセレクトし、また手直し・・・・・と、最近は、プランはかっちりですが、細やかなところで悩んでいます。
お施主さまのご希望の反映と、予算・土地の条件を考慮し、計画するのはあたりまえですが、もちろん自分が納得しなくてはどうしようもありません。
つくづく思えるのは、お施主様と顔を何度も会わせて作っているプランとコンペサイトのプランの違い・・・
頭から出てくる案の数も違いますが、細やかな配慮も「会っている」ことで違うようにも感じます。
もちろん、「信頼」と「情熱」 「責任」もあります。それがコンペサイトにはありません。
「会う」こと これが重要で、回数を重ねるごとに、発言にも責任が出てきて、それに対して、果たそうと、加えて、情熱も注ぎ、完成していくものなんです。
これこそが、家づくりの醍醐味。
お施主様とも、様々な事でお話しする機会が出てくるかと思いますが、最高で最良の家ができるよう、ある意味、言いすぎですが「命」をかけて挑んでいます。

家というものも、やはり住む人によって望む条件や好みも千差万別なんでしょうね。
設計する人が、いくら頭で考えたとしても、実際にお客さんにお会いしなければ見えて来ないことも少なくないことでしょう。
お客さんの要望を加味した上で、更に様々な要素の折り合いを付けながら設計されて行くプロセスというのは、大変だと思います。 けれども、とてもやり甲斐のあることだろうとも感じますね。
住む人が、いつまでも幸せを感じられるような家を提供してあげて下さい＾＾

家を建て直した時の事を思い出しますが、
意見を聞いてもらえたのは、部屋の位置だけでした。
そうそう、隣に新しい人が引っ越してくるのですが
今、家を建築中なんです。
とても変っていて、普通は屋根を造ってしまうと
思うのですが、下から造っているので、
雨が降ると、家がびしょぬれになるんですよ。
木造の家で、作業をしている人は一人だけでビックリです。

私は去年家を買ったのですが、やっぱり担当の方に何度も何度も会って土地から設計まで綿密に打ち合わせしといて良かったなあって思います♪何より、その担当の方の熱意を感じました。
着工はまだなのですが、家の完成を楽しみにしています♪
わかって建築家さんもいいお仕事をされていますね。（*＾_＾*）
