施主の為にならないことをやる建築家であるならば「けしからん」 [住宅]

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

最近、けしからん建築家の話が入ってきます。
自分よりも年が20歳くらい上での方なんですが・・・・・・・・
何かと言えば、まずは、家の内部が塗装部分が多く、塗っても、現場に来るたびにやり直し・・・・・
現場の職人さんが泣いています。
「イメージと違う」だとかで・・・・・だったら最初からちゃんと色を選べ！です。
加えて、この家自体、メンテナンスコストが大変かかると予想できること。
というのも、塗装に使っている塗料が大変高価で、なおかつ、今回の塗り方は数年で塗りなおさなければならないところもかなりあるとの事。
お施主さんのメンテナンスコストがかかると言うことは、ローンの支払い以外にかかると言うこと。
ローン始まって、15～20年であれば、まーしょうがないでしょうが、建築後数年では・・・・・・・安くメンテナンスできるのなら良いでしょうが・・・・
結局、作品性を高めた結果、一番おいしい思いをしたのは、雑誌に取り上げられ、また仕事がくる建築家です。
完成したときだけ良くて、雑誌に載ることがお施主の為でしょうか？
聞くと、現場では施主の方が優しくて、気を遣ってくれて、この施主の為にやっているということでなんとかイニシアチブが取れていると事。建築家は嫌われているそうです。
そもそも、設計監理の基本はバランス。現場の嫌なことばかり言っても、施主に良いものを作るのがベストと言う方もいますし、そもそも現場を馬鹿にしている方もいます。しかし、自分の場合は、みんなが気持ちの良い建物＝施主・設計者・現場が気持ちよく行い、建築することこそが良いことだと思っています。
これをお読みの方々、それでも雑誌の建築家に頼みたいですか？
また、これを読んで「ギクｯ」としている建築家や設計者の方・・・・・・・本当にそんなやり方でよいのですか？作品性ばかり追いかけ、施主の後々の事まで考えるのが本来の仕事でしょう？まー、こういうことは雑誌では語られませんがね・・・・・・・予算オーバーやら、施主のイメージと違うとかで、訴えられるのはこういうのが主な原因です。
それにしても、本当にけしからんです。

言っても無視して、塗り直しをしたりするんですかね。
予算オーバーしたら、それだって、黙ってないわって感じですが
