収納は多くいるのか？多すぎても・・・・・ [O邸新築工事]

以前から、計画案件のO邸が正式契約。
土地購入からお話に入り、ほぼ計画も決まったところでの契約でした。（契約については、ほぼ計画が決まる前でも行います。）
今回の計画は、収納をできる限り取るという内容。
これをご覧の方々も収納については、多くあった方が良いとお考えかと思います。
実は、自分の場合は、使わなければ捨てる派で、あんまり収納があっても良いと考えていません。
「ほどほどで良い」なんです。
身近な方で、随分前に、増築を検討したい方がいましたが、「捨てればその必要ないのでは？増築するのに数百万円。捨てるのには数万円ですから・・・・」と答えたことがあります。
捨てすぎると、「あれとっておけば良かった・・・・」はあります。
ですので、間を取ると、適度に整理整頓し、ある期間、保存し、捨てる が一番です。
戸建の場合、屋根裏の収納や中二階の収納と様々ありますが、マンションとは比較にならない大きな面積を得られます。これは、戸建ての魅力であり、注文建築の良さなんです。
都会の狭小住宅では、ここまでできないとは思いますが、郊外の住宅ならば、小屋裏や中二階、そして地下も取れる場合があります。
リフォームでも使われなかった空間に収納を設ける事も可能です。（できない場合もありますが）
是非、そんな視点で戸建住宅を検討しても良いかと思います。

仰るとおりだと思います。
収納はあればあるだけ不要物が増えていってしまい、何を入れたのか自分自身でも忘れてしまうようなことまであって「用途別」に必要最小限に留め、必要以上に作らない方が良いと感じています。
うちも今更整理する気にもなかなか成らない収納スペースが現実にあり、埃がたまるばかりでデッドスペースになってしまいました。

仕事の面でも同様で、うちは製品置き場が他社よりも半分くらいしかないおかげで在庫の管理をしっかり行え、適正在庫を守ることが出来ていました。
収納があれば便利というのは勘違いで、自分自身が有効に活用できる大きさを超えれば、とりあえずの物置きになり無駄なスペースになるばかりです。

将来増える分まで見越しての巨大書庫で
