キッチンの見た目と実用性 買う側と作る側の温度差 [住宅]

キッチンについて、マンションの現場監督から、
「やはりキッチンはなんだかんだいって、フルオープンよりも仕切られていた方が良い」
と言われました。というか、言っていました。
まー確かにそうといえばそうでしょうね。
だいたい、油がはねたり、煙が出たりと、フルオープンだと、LD内すべて充満しますから。
たとえ換気扇していても同様ですし・・・・・・・・・
その為、自分の場合、フルオープンの場合、LD内の壁は匂いを吸着除去する土塗系の壁を勧めています。
さもなくば、排気する機構を強固にするかといったところです。
土塗の壁は、予算によって難しかったり、自分で塗ったりと方法がありますが、クロスで仕上げる場合は、換気方法をよくよく考えておく必要がありますね。
ともあれ、実用性をとると意匠性を失う代表例のオープンキッチン・・・・・・・・
見た目とそれに伴うマイナス面も考慮しなければなりません。

デザインか、実用性かで悩む人が多いのでしょうね。昔，システムキッチンが出始めの頃に、「汚れると勿体無いから暫く料理は止める、」と言っていた奥さんがいましたよ。

オープンキッチンは確かに油が飛びますね。キッチンを掃除するとかなり遠くまで油が飛んでいるのでびっくりします。

うちは転勤族でいろんなキッチンを使いましたよ～
今は、オープンキッチンですが、いつも綺麗にして置くのが大変です。
掃除は好きな方ですが。。
若いころみたいに体が動かなくて。。（笑
個人的にが、独立型がいいかなぁ～
