食品を無駄にするな！ セブンイレブン [生活]

見切り品の問題は、先週の月曜日に公取から出ましたが、食料がなくて苦しんでいる人もいるのに、こんなことをやっている我々日本人は、「頭を冷やせ」ということなのでしょう。
世界の食糧援助の3倍をゴミにしてるそうで、スーパー・コンビニ・飲食店からの食料ゴミがほとんどです。コンビニの見切り品も大歓迎ですが、自分の場合、スーパーの見切り品はかなり買っています。
特に、「肉」は半額を買って冷凍しておきます。
パンも半額になっている事も多く、魚も言わまでもないですね。
半額ばかり買うことがはたして「貧乏くさい」のか？
自分はそんなことはないと思っています。
スーパーの見切り品をわざわざ 出る時間帯を見越して買い物に行っているのですが、自分が買っても、その見切り品が無くなることはありません。
それでも残るものはゴミにしかならないのです。
自分がよくいくスーパーは、半額の後は それを更に半額にします。
要するに、原価の1/4です。
もともとの価格で新鮮なものを買う方がいらっしゃるから、1/4の価格があると思いますが、それ以前に、1/4になっても残るというのが問題です。
食べるのに困っている日本人ですらいるこの現代、食料自給率も低い日本なのに、このような食料を粗末にしている日本人は、なにかで「しっぺがえし」を受けるのではないでしょうか？
そういえば、飲み会やると、たくさん食料が残ったりします。これも考えものです。
昨今、自分はあまり飲み会はしませんが、一度、残ったものを集めて持ち帰った事があります。
店員に聞くと、やはりゴミにしかならないそうです。
本当に、本当に考えなければなりません。
日本人は、贅沢できない人もいますが、世界で贅沢な生活をしている民族なのでしょう。

まぁ、そこまでいかないまでも、兎に角‘勿体無い’精神を蘇らせないといけないと思いますよ。

夜９時過ぎくらいに行くと、近所のスーパーでは１００円引きや半額でお弁当やお惣菜が販売されていて、自分も頻繁に買ってます。
特にその時間を見越して買いに行くわけでもないのですが、遅い時間になると殆ど完売しているようです＾＾

日本の宴会料理、コンビニ、いろいろもったいないことを感じることが多いです。我が家もときどきまだ食べられるのに捨てることがあります。「ごめんなさい」って言ってます。もっともっと「もったいない精神」が大事にされますように。

大賛成です。CO2排出を山ほどしながらたくさんの輸入食品。日本って自分の国では自給できないのに欲しがるだけ欲しがって、結局食べきれないで捨てている。子どもみたいな国ですよね。

当然廃棄の経費は商品価格に織り込まれているわけで、その高い商品を選択する消費者がいるから成り立つことだと感じています。
廃棄を無くすることによって製品価格の引き下げが出来るコンビニチェーンが存在したとしても、その店舗から商品を買うかどうかという点については私は疑問に思っており、だとしたらブランドイメージの向上を目指すべきだとおそらくセブンイレブンは考えているのだと思いますが、その考えは私には十分理解できます。
そして、契約上の様々な制約はありますがこんな事も不可能ではなく、コンビニのオーナーは自分の考え方に合った系列を選ぶ自由があります。
（知人に考え方の違いにより系列を乗り換え、成功させているコンビニのオーナーが現実にいます。）
以上のことから今回の公正取引員会の措置は、民業に対する過剰な介入だと感じています。
食材を廃棄せざるを得ないのはそれを求める消費者がいるからであって、見切り品の値引販売をしたら食材の無駄が省けてなおかつお客が集まるのであれば、少なくとも数軒のフランチャイズではそれを実施し集客に繋げているはずです。
企業側が矢面に立たされていますが、本質的には私たち消費者の問題です。
