都会ではない場所の母屋 日本家屋 [住宅]

本題の前に、ちょっと変わったサイト（ブログ）を作りました。
何かと言えば、率直に言えば、「あのお店どうだった？」サイトです。
最初の話題は、あみプレミアムアウトレットです。

さて、昨日、茨城の筑波山周辺のお施主様に用事があったので、行って来ました。
材木をご自身で買って、ご用意されているとの事で、材木が置いてある場所に行きましたが、素晴らしい木ばかりで、びっくり仰天。
通常の３寸５分角（105ｍｍ）と言われる柱は使いません。
純然たる日本住宅は、150ｍｍ角 すなわち５寸角が普通・・・・・・梁も柱も、普通のそこらにある家の材料とは比べ物になりません。
我々、設計を行うものも、このような家については、やられている方が少ないし、農村部ではあたりまえの家と言えるでしょう。
その後、お施主様お知り合いの材木屋さんへ・・・・・・・
場所も茨城県霞ヶ浦周辺ですが、
「すごい家」としか言えません。
この類の家で、「すごい」というよりも「すごすぎる」と思ったのは、初めてです。
とはいえ、この類の家こそが、日本人が昔住んでいた家の形態に近く、長く、日本人を支えた本当の伝統文化の住宅なんです。
写真は、寺ではありません。「家」ですよ。
バルコニーというよりもﾍﾞﾗﾝﾀﾞについては、既製品ですが、この屋根形状、玄関の屋根を見てください。芸術としかいえません。
カメラに相変わらずの不満を抱きながらの撮影。
逆光やしぼれるマシンを早く買いたいですね。
で、この鳥が羽を広げたような屋根形状。なによりも、化粧垂木が素晴らしいです。
身近な所でも、利根川の千葉県側と茨城県側それぞれにこのような凄い家を見る事ができます。
近くからは見れないかもしれませんが、佐原観光のついでに見ても良いかもしれません。
最後に、ディティールＵＰですが、なんでも一番手間がかかったところだそうで・・・・・・
考えられないくらい凄い・・・・・・・・
このお宅のお施主様曰く、昨今の洋風の家や分譲の家は「ハウス」だと言ってましたね。
この写真のような家こそが「家」であるとの事。
では、自分たちは、ハウスの設計ばかりしてきたんだ！と言われたとき率直に思いましたね。
でも、これだけの家は、まさにそういわれても仕方が無いというところ。
このような家を設計する事は少ないでしょうが、デフォルメし、その「ハウス」と言われた家に応用できればと思います。
ともあれ、ここまで作るのに通常の人では財力がないでしょうから、まさに例外でしょうね。
ともあれ、とてもよいものを見たと思っています。
それにしても、ディティールが凄かった！

設計する人も素晴らしいですが、大工さんもすごいですね。
熟練した宮大工さんは、フリーハンドで直角が切れるって聞いたことがあります。
今の時代、なかなか、そういう職人さんにお仕事をお願いできる人も少ないでしょうが、なんとか受け継いでいってもらいたいです。

I agree with Stephanie, but also regardless of the “feel” of such an inquiry, how is it that the truth will be decided by means of a survey? Either it was, or it wasn’t. It’s not something one would have an opinion about.
