岐阜・名古屋 研修旅行記 [住宅]

さて、昨日、某メーカーのご招待で、岐阜の工場へ行ってきました。
この工場のお話は、当事務所のホームページで詳しく記事として掲載するつもりですので、話はその他の話です。
朝8：33のひかりで東京から出発。
あんまり寝付けなかったので、なんだか体調も悪かったのですが、単なる寝不足だったので、我慢するだけでなんとかなりました。
名古屋 スパイラスタワーが見えました。
さて、岐阜羽島に着くと、タクシーの窓からシャープのソーラーパネルが・・・・・
その後、某会社のショールームです。これについては、上記にあるようにまたの機会・・・・
昼！ 旧中仙道のうなぎや 「清水屋」にてひつまぶしです。
「ひつまぶし」は関東のうな丼と全く違います。
二度目のご対面でした。前回は名古屋ででしたが、関東ではお目にかからない料理。食べ方も面白く、また来たら是非という料理です。
その後、某社建材使用したのグループホームへ
頭だけ写られているのは、自分と行動をともにした、建築家の飯田氏です。
今回の建材は、化学物質を一切ださない、いわゆる健康素材というものです。
珪藻土や中霧島壁に作用は似ているのですが、下地材 要するに石膏ボードの変わりに使い、仕上げもクロスにしないというもので、このグループホームは作られています。グループホームという用途そのものにも関心がありましたので、もっと長く見たかったのが本音です。
少し、その建材について触れますが、グループホームなのに全く臭いがしなかったのです。湿度も温度も心地よく、良い環境を作れる素材でした。

バウビオという商品名です。今後、当方でも、この吸着・調湿建材を使い、健康仕様をつくろうかと計画中です。これだけ臭いを消せるのなら、焼肉屋等の店舗で使えると思います。
住宅においては、珪藻土・中霧島壁・チャフウォールは、この仕上げ材として使う事を考え、下地にモイスではなく、この建材を使い、また、断熱材も計画する仕様を考えています。費用がＵＰしていきますが、そこも分かりやすく表現できればと思っています。
アレルギー体質のお子様がいるような方で、住宅をお考えの方には、最適な仕様となるでしょう。
さて、色々見学し、最後に穂積の駅・・・・・・
街中をタクシーで移動しているときに感じたのですが、このあたりの古い家、特に写真のような妻面ですが、なぜか、屋根の下 即ち 三角形の壁面ですが、この部分は、通常、しっくいなんですが、この地域の家は、板金仕上げです。
グループホームを設計された方とお話できたので、その時についでに聞きましたが、このあたりでは板金で覆うらしく、それを聞いて、「現在の瑕疵担保保険に対応できますね」なんて言ってしまった。確かに、この地域の仕上げなら、問題なさそう・・・・・（前回のブログでも書きましたが、）
たまたまとはいえ、地域の家の特徴を見るのも面白いですね。

『吸着・調湿建材で臭いを消せる』‥昔の土壁のよさが引き継がれている建材ですね。グループホームや焼き肉屋さんだけでなく、ふつうの家の標準仕様になってほしいです。アレルギーだけでなくストレス、頭痛、怒りっぽいなどいろいろなことに家のつくりは関係していると思います。

私個人としては愛知に住みながら、ひつまぶしよりもシンプルな鰻重が好きだったりしています。（B級グルメに美味しいものが沢山ありますが、味わわれましたか？）
建築にはそれぞれの地域の気候風土や習慣に合わせて様々な様式があるのが本来の姿で、今の宣告展開するプレハブメーカー・ハウスメーカーの氾濫が、そうしたものを奪ってしまったと感じています。
それぞれの地域の様式にはそれぞれ年月に培われた「訳」があり、画一化した住宅を持ち込むことで特に耐久性の面で様々な問題が起こりつつあると感じています。
各地の建築を見るのは楽しいですね。（私の場合は屋根なのですが。）
吸着・調湿建材については何ともコメントできません。
私自身が工場で作った瓦の格外品で同様の建材を作ったらどうだろうかと考えたことがありますが（多孔質で一定の水を吸います）、結局耐久性を含めた部分まで考え真摯に開発を行うと様々な要素技術の積み上げが必要で、一般に出ているものはその部分に目をつぶったものが意外と多いとの印象を持っています。
（「良さそうな雰囲気だけでも伝われば高く売ってみせる」と豪語する、大手流通業者なども存在しています。）
ただ確かなものも実際に存在しており、残念なことに今の私にはそれを見極める目を持ち合わせては居ません。
