新三郷ららぽーと と 他の建築家のオープンハウス と ＡＲＴＯＮＥ

前回、ねたが多いと書きましたが、纏めて書いてしまいます。

先週、帰り道だったので、新三郷に寄りました。

ここは、昔は操車場のあったところで、何もない荒地でした。

いつかマンションだとか商業施設ができるだろうと思っていましたが、案の定。

ＪＲも三井不動産に纏めて売ってしまったようですが、元々国鉄時代からもっていた土地なので、こんな売り方良いのでしょうか？郵政ｸﾞﾙｰﾌﾟのかんぽの宿売却みたいなものだと思い案ますが・・・・

で、中身は、　ＩＫＥＡ  と　ららぽーと　と　コストコ　です。コストコは日本人だけしかこのような言い方をしませんで、「こすこ」が正しい言い方なのですが、ローマ字読みでいくとこうなるだとか・・・・・

コストコの裏のホットドックを食べようと裏に回ったのですが、会員証がないと駄目と言われ残念！昔、幕張のお店は会員証がなくても入れたんだけどなー　今は駄目なのでしょうか。そもそも、買い物しなくなったので、会員証を更新しなかったのですが、年間４千円払うので・・・・・

 

噂の　Ｈ＆Ｍ　がありました。　ユニクロもなんだかいつもと違うような雰囲気でした。ユニクロは、どうやら、ヨーロッパで展開している店に似せているようです。

Ｈ＆Ｍは、商品の回転率が高いのが影響しているのでしょうか、半額物も結構ありました。

 

 

さて、実は、昨今、他の建築家のオープンハウスも訪れています。

刺激を求めてというのと、他に思うところもあるので行っています。これからこのような機会を増やしていこうかと思っています。

しかし、行く前に「同業者なのですが、宜しくお願いします。」も言わないでスパイする人もいるようで・・・・自分はそんなやり方は好きではありませんので、必ず予告します。

とても参考になりました。この方は別の場所にも只今建築中ですから、また行くつもりです。

会うととてもパワーのある建築家という印象を感じました。

大学の先生に似ているような・・・・きっと失礼ながら風貌も、たばこを吸うしぐさも、似ているだけでなく、そんな力強さ、というかオーラが似ていると感じたのでしょうね。うーむ、先輩方は偉大ですな。

 

さて、日曜日ですが、ＡＲＴＯＮＥの開催日。

様々な町の方と会話致しました。

来館者が木を植えていくという参加型アートも成長中であります。

この日は、クラシックギターの五十嵐さんが演奏されました。

実にうまい。

クラシックギターだとあまり動作が少なく、結構、ﾃﾞｯｻﾝにはもってこいかもしれません。

とはいえ、弾いている手の動きは早すぎて見えません。
