無垢床施工

 

↑押してして頂けると大変恐縮です。(というか本当に助かります。上だけでもお願いします。）

年始O邸の状況ですが、無垢床施工中です。

内部の造作が進んでいますが、床と天井の意匠の組み合わせが楽しみな感じです。

O邸の特徴は、ずばり収納力。

積水の「蔵」のような中二階を作っていませんが、とれるところにできるだけ取りました。

小屋裏収納は、法で決められた面積ぎりぎり。天袋もたっぷり・・・・小屋裏への経路は階段・・・・

1階も階段下、玄関はトイレ上やシューズクローク上も使い、逆に収納にしないところは天井を高くする・・・・

ある意味、収納のほしい方は多くいらっしゃるかと思います。このO邸は、収納力は半端ではありません。

しかし、意匠は・・・デザインは？

そこも大丈夫。

そこは、見てのお楽しみですが・・・・・（オープンハウス等で見に来てくださいね。）
