1階の造作進む -大工工事- [O邸新築工事]

1階の造作というか、仕上げの下地が進んでいます。
出来てくると、実際の家と対話（図面等と見比べながら）しながら作ってきます。
今回、柱・梁がむき出しの仕様です。
ですので、細かい部分を現場で調整する部分もあります。
そうなると、図面も品質を作るものですが、こういう時は、「現場へ行く」ということです。
現場へ行く事こそが、品質を高めるものと思っています。
たまに、ながーく現場にいる時がありますが、実際に住む方はずーっと見るわけで、少なくても図面通りやっているから大丈夫・・・・というのは油断が禁物なので、できるかぎり長くいて、完成予想図を頭に描きながら行う事もあたりまえとしています。
そういえば、ハウスメーカーの設計時代、あんまり現場に行けませんでしたね。図面と現物はイコールだと勝手に思っていましたから、いかにハウスメーカーの分業制が、設計者の能力を落とすことだと痛感しています。もっとも現場あがりの設計者なら別でしょうが・・・・・
