台所に立たない人がキッチンの設計なんてやるんですか？ [住宅]
↑押してして頂けると大変恐縮です。(というか本当に助かります。上だけでもお願いします。）

久々に批判ネタです。覚悟して書きますが・・・・
最初に注意書きですが、既婚しているかどうかも設計者を選ぶ要素の一つであると言えます。ですが、自立性と現代の夫婦共働きによる旦那さんの家事の必要性、未婚の設計者もいる事を勘案して、あくまで、その人個人ができるかできないかを話の基本設定とします。
今回の内容は、ずばり「台所に立たない人がキッチンの設計なんてやるんですか？」です。
キッチンを語るなら、キッチンに立ったことがあるのか？ですが、現実的に、建築業界の人間が、全員キッチンに立てるわけでもなく、また、出来ない人が、工事している事も事実です。
で、当然、設計者もです。
だから、「夫婦で設計しています。」だとか、「妻の意見を取り入れている」だとかで、キッチンに立った事のない設計者は、言い訳をしているのかもしれません。
しかし、自分から言わせれば、そうじゃないと思います。
ずばり「やっているか、やっていないか」ではないでしょうか。
似たような事で、犬を飼ったことがないのに、人から話を聞いただけで犬と生活する家を設計できるのでしょうか？ネコも飼ったことが無いのに、ネコと住める家を作れるのでしょうか？
まー、施主と作る家でもあるので、ある程度、経験がないのは仕方ないしょう。
しかし、キッチンに普段立たないのに作り付けのキッチンの図面を書くなんて言語道断だと思います。もし、やっている方がこれを読んでいるのならば、直ぐに奥さんに変わって皿洗いから始めましょう。
建築設計事務所の信用を落とすようにも感じています。
自分はどうなんだ？といえば、やっていいます。そりゃ・・・・（自信アリ）
かなり批判的ではありますが、整理整頓・掃除・家事があたりまえに出来る事が家づくりする前の基本だと思います。能書き言う前に、「やったことがあるの？」だと思います。
そう思うと、家づくりってやっぱり女性の方が良いのか？とも深く考えてしまいます。でも、正しいのでしょう！それは！
自分の知っている設計者で、結婚しているから仕事が来るという方もいましたね。かの有名な建築家 宮脇先生も料理が好きだったそうです。だからああいうLDKだったのね・・・と感心します。
何はともあれ、家事のできる設計者を選ぶ事をお勧めします。デザインはその次です。
ですから、設計者選ぶ時に、聞いてみましょう
「得意料理はなんですか？」
（ラーメンとか言ったら駄目ですね）

わたしも料理をするので、わからないではないですが、
料理を作る人も100人いれば100通りあると思います。
特に日本の建築事情から言えばキッチンを何平方メートルにするかでも変わりますし・・・
その方からの提案があったかはわかりませんが、
逆に、提案が無い以上出来上がっているユニットを組み合わせるしかないですよね。後はお客さんのアイデアでやってもらうしかないでと思います。

同感です。キッチン、人それそれ゛れに使いやすさがありますね。上の棚は不要の人、しゃがむのが苦手な人、対面式がいい人、ちらかっているのが見られたくない人、その人それぞれの思いがある場所がキッチンだと思います。

またあるとき、メンズファッションデザイナーに、デザインを考えるときにどのように？ そうしたら、「この服を着て、こんな生活をしてほしい」ということを念頭にしてデザインするといっていました、この方、メンズファッションの団体の要職にある方です。
ヒット商品や勝組といわれるメーカーやショップは、使う人のライフスタイルまでを提案していることで人気になっているのではないかと思います。ユーザーからのヒアリング、要望の基づき、プロとしての提案も重要だと思います。
