ポプラの窓枠・台 そして お蕎麦屋さん [住宅]

本日は、T氏のお誘いもあり、施工中の建物や完成したお店を見てきました。
特に今回は、ポプラの木を使った窓枠を見たかったので、非常の参考になりました。
しかし、ポプラの木は、ロットで買っていないと使えないので、工務店が限定されそうです。
しかし、「枠・台の材質は妥協しない」という考え方は、たとえローコストでも、安っぽく見えない事ができるので、「これは使える」という印象でした。
で、これが塗っていないポプラの窓枠
白さがなかなか。質感もなかなかです。惜しむらくは、たまに緑色の色をした材料が混じる事ですが、自分は、いいじゃないかとも思っています。まー木ですので均質ではないのですね。
ポプラは、植えると成長の早い木です。中国でも、道路の両端にある木は大概、ポプラです。
クリアで塗るとこんな感じです。いい感じです。使ってみたい！
近々ある打合せの話題にもってこいですが、扱える工務店が少ないのが残念。もちろん扱えないわけでもなく、売っていないわけではないのですが、単純に「高い」値段になってしまうのです。安く仕入れているところが少ないだけなんですが・・・・・・
最後に、連れて行って頂いたお蕎麦屋さん。
T氏は、お蕎麦屋さんの設計事例が多いとの事。行く途中で「あれもこれもやった」と話を聞くと、「保育園」ばかりやっているI氏を思い出しました。一度、やるとそればかりなんでしょうか。保育園も幼稚園もやってみたいですよね。設計屋としては・・・・・
これは、店内の壁ですが、T氏の作風ですが、面白いですね。
T氏は自分の親ほど離れている建築家です。
最近、自分の胸のうちでは「師匠」状態です。
おそらく、直近の作品に生かされる？かもしれませんね。

成長が早い樹なのでCO2固定にも効果的ですね。植林事業も採算性が高いでしょうし手頃な無垢材として流通すると良いですね。

お付き合いのある工務店さんは時々ポプラ材で窓枠等を作る事があるのですが、塗料の吸い込みも激しく塗装には何時も泣かされています・・・・(;_;)
