白い家は黒い家よりも快適？ [住宅]

前にも書いていましたが、白い 黒い のお話です。
最近、屋根材 特に、瓦・板金葺・等様々な屋根材を物色していますが、その中の資料でこんなものが・・・
「白い屋根で太陽光を反射し、家への影響を軽減」
確かに、白い外壁の家は、日射の厳しい世界の地域では存在しています。
しかし、昨今、断熱材の能力もあり、黒い外壁の家でも問題ないのでは？と思っている設計者もいます。
自分の場合、黒い外壁はエコでないというのは前にも書いた事がありますが、屋根材で真っ白い製品の説明書きを見て、あらためて再確認できた感じがしました。
黒い家は、シックでしまりがあり、格好いいです。
しかも汚れも目立ちにくい・・・・（しかしこれは、白い汚れや鳥の糞で目立ったりします。一概に言えませんね）
白い外壁の家ももちろん、窓の雨だれ等汚れは目立ちます。日本では雨が多いのでなお更でしょう。
しかし、やはりエコの観点から、真夏の内部の温度への影響を考えると、外壁が白い方が有利と言えますね。
黒い家は冬は暖かいのでしょう。
昨今、夏がやたら暑く、冬は寒いとはいえ、昔から極所暖房にも慣れているので、やはり昔から言われた、「日本の家は夏を重視しろ」なんでしょうね。
ともかくも、黒い外壁の家はやはり宜しいと言えませんね。
でも、焼き杉のいえとかどうなんでしょう？
黒なので、夏向きではないのでしょうね。焼き杉の家は、焼く事により雨や腐食に強くする意味があり、色でかっこ付ける意味で作った外壁でもないのが本意。まーあれは良いのではないでしょうか。
賛否あるにせよ、焼き杉以外の黒い家は、エコの観点からＮＧかな？自分の設計するものは・・・・・
