さて、正月、CM見ていて　うーん　ブログ　ネタだな。　というものを見てしまいました。

あるハウスメーカーのCM。

賞を受賞したとか言って、しまいには、長期優良住宅先導的モデル２年連続指定を受けた・・・・・

「おい！あれは賞ではないぞ！グッドデザインは賞だけど・・・」

様々な賞がありますが、賞も賞というよりも商業的な要素が強いのはご存知ですか？

まー賞の事は置いておいても、先導的モデルが賞だなんて・・・・・きっと他のメーカーからも文句言われますよ。

無理あります・・・・・・・

さて、そういえば、本日のTVのニュースで、アーバンＥの元会長等経営者たちが詐欺の疑いで逮捕されたニュースがありました。

このニュース。目が痛いです。

このような事態が起きた原因は、あのような業者をのさばらせた業界の責任であり、設計事務所の便利な使い方を世に広められない我々の責任でもあると・・・・・・

そうです。設計事務所に少しでも聞いてみると良いのです。

皆さま・・・・・設計事務所は、建築の専門家。

家をメーカーに頼むにしても、最初に質問する相手としても最適です。

家を考える時の最初の駆け込み寺に設計事務所・・・・・それを知っていればもう少しは減らせたかも・・・・被害者を・・・・

と思う、今日この頃です。

ですので、是非、お近くの設計事務所に聞いてみましょう！
