GWも終りましたね！実は、自分の場合、5/5で終わっていて、5/6から普通に仕事していました。
後々書きますが、5/6は常陸大宮、5/7はお施主さんと打合せ・・・そして今日・・・・
GWはなんだったのか？プラモ作ってお仕舞い？というところですか・・・・・・・まーある意味充実なんでしょうか。
さて、集会所の建築ですが、地盤改良工事が始まりました。
今回は、通常のコンクリートでの柱状改良ではなく、砂利石を使った工法を選択しました。
砂利を使った工法は、コストメリットがコンクリートよりもあるここですね。
効果は、コンクリート使用とかわりません。
さて、今回の集会所では、構造のトラス、仕上や断熱材、このような地盤改良に至るまで、住宅では珍しい工法を使っています。
仕上については、先月書きましたが、「和紙」の壁紙、そして断熱材は「調湿建材」バウビオを使用します。
どちらも、わかっていたし、良いものだと知っていたのですが、なかなか採用する機会に恵まれなかったのもありますが、ある意味、今回は、全て採用というなんとも、住宅で是非、応用したい内容となりました。
因みに、ホームページも一新し、その辺を分かり易く掲載したいと思います。
残念ながら、エコポイントや長期優良住宅も今年かぎり？かもしれませんが、是非、今後の家づくりされるお施主様にお勧めしたいことばかりです。
さて、今回は、平屋の為、建坪が広いです。
今後は、基礎 及び、筋交やアンカーボルト ホールダウン金物の取り付け方を再度検討しながら、基礎本体に移っていきます。
監理のしどころですね。
それにして・・・・今回の現場の看板はすばらしいですね。というか立派！まるでマンションの工事現場みたい！
名前が目立ちますね・・・・・すごい。
身が引き締まる思いですね。
