とうとうここまできました。
検査も終了し、引渡しを待つばかり・・・・・・
今回は、竣工式もあるので、利根町町長や他の区長さんたちにも顔が知られることになります。
完成まで、4年。
様々なことがありました。
建てるよりも、建てる前がいかに大変だったか・・・・・・・
今回、様々な事をやりました。
構造・・・トラスによる大スパン
断熱・耐火・消臭・調湿・・・・・調湿建材バウビオ使用
意匠・・・・・・和紙貼りの壁と西洋漆喰の外装
そして、何よりも、これで得たノウハウは、かけがいのないものとなりました。
集会所を作るノウハウです。
この集会所。地域集会所というものですが、住宅や老人福祉施設・児童幼児施設につながるいわば、中間的用途でもあります。
その為、様々な方面に転用が可能で、すばらしい木造建築物です。
公共施設は、木造にするというお達しも国から出ています。
地域集会所というカテゴリーは、公共施設ながら、半分は自治会の持ち物的要素が強く、非常に異色の分野です。
しかしながら、通常の集会所では建てられない場所に建てられるという特例を持ったものなんです。
こんな建物を作ることに巡り会えたことを心から感謝致します。
