電気の引き込み 都内編 東京オリンピックと東京電力・・・・・・ [住宅]

仕事で、都内のマンションに関わっていますが、ついこの前に、パットマウント(集合住宅用変圧器)という代物ですが・・・・要するに、多くの電力を必要とするマンションに供給する電力設備です。
で、ある程度 つまり50ｋｗを超えると、パットマウントが必要だったですが、昨今、低圧でもやり方によって引けました。これを低圧2条というのですが・・・・・・・・
問題はここから・・・・・・
なんでも、やるかわかりもしない東京オリンピックの為に、都内山手通りより内側は、電柱をなくす為、低圧2条はできません！というきまりができてしまったようです。
電柱からひっぱてくることができるというのは、でかいパットマウントや受電設備室が不必要となるのですが、電柱なしを目指す為、電柱が必要となる工事はするなというお達しです。
思わず・・・・
「なんじゃこりゃ」
でした。しかも、いつから切りかえったか教えてくれないようで、なんだか強引な変更です。
こんな話が都内では結構あるのではないでしょうか？
やるかわからない東京オリンピック・・・・・・自分は、「来ない」と思います。
そもそも、今になって必要なのかわかりません。築地市場も移動させ、整備するだの・・・・強引な感じがします。
建築家 安藤忠雄が絡んでいるのも・・・・・・（安藤さん こういうこと好きだし・・・・・・）
それはさておき、ドサクサにまぎれ変更するとは、今、建築界は混乱しています。もっと混乱させるつもりなんでしょうか・・・・・・・
こんなことするのなら、やめてほしい！と思ってしまいます。
いったい何のための東京オリンピックなんでしょうか・・・・・・・
