広告のうたい文句・・・・マンションのチラシ

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

マンションのチラシを見ましたら、耐震強度1.25倍で安心と書いてありました。

確かに間違いではないのですが、実は、この間の法改正で、強度基準を1.25倍として確認申請を審査していたかと思います。

東京都だったかと思いますが、それぞれの柱等の倍率を1.25倍なくては駄目だと、構造設計屋さんが言っていたと記憶しています。

要するに、法改正後のほかのマンションも同じということで、当たり前とはいえ、広告でうたい文句になるというのは、うまいというか、当然と言うか・・・・・売るためにはどんな手も使うんですね・・・・と思いました。

法改正後のマンションの耐震強度は確かに上がっています。

因みに、以前は・・・・・1.1倍だとか、要するに1倍を超えていればという具合でしたし、この1に限りなく近い設計が経済設計とも言われていました。ですので、1.25倍というのは、妥当だと思いますし、逆に言えば、資源の使いすぎかもしれません。

 

それにしても、マンション価格はまた安くなってしまいましたね。ちょっと前に買った方は、複雑な心境でしょう。
