雑誌のイメージと施主のイメージ [住宅]

住宅のイメージは、本等のメディアが担っています。
ここで思うのは、必ずしも、雑誌のイメージが100％の施主の思いでは無いことです。
今、建築の雑誌を開くと、ﾅﾁｭﾗﾙな自然な柱が見える軸組みという具合ですが、そんなことでもなく、いろいろな好みがあります。
もちろん、今の施主のニーズを汲み取っての雑誌の対応でしょうが、いろいろな工法、色々な意匠がありあます。
こんな意匠はこの建築家しかできません！みたいな記事もあります。ですが、これは違うと思います。
意匠で決めることが多い建築家選び・・・・・しかし、意匠ではなく、意思が伝わる、または、なんとなく合うで良いのですが、そんな選び方がベストのように感じます。
意匠は施主だけではなく、建築家のこだわりも大きなところが多く、自分は、意匠を優先しすぎるのではないかとも思っています。
しかし、問題とﾒﾝﾃﾅﾝｽ等のこれからかかるお金の話など、伝える必要のあることかと思いますが、意匠一辺倒で、知らせていないことも多いのではないかとも思っています。
建築家の使命は、ぼやけているように感じます。
技術や意匠 総合的に判断するのが技術と思いますが、なんだか、意匠に優先しすぎで、後からのクレームは？という思いです。そこまで変わった建物、意匠なのか？とも・・・・・・
スタディするのは結構ですが、何年もつ家なんですか？それとも雑誌に載る為の家なんですか？
疑問です。
そうであってはいけません。
もっと、話を、そして、怒られても、怒鳴られても、施主の満足の建物を・・・・・家を・・・・・・
そんな建築家に出会えれば、最高かと思います。
これを読まれている方は、そんな建築家に出会えたでしょうか？
自分がそうだとも思っていませんが、他人の作品で、雑誌の内容を見るといつも思います。
本当に、満足しているのか？
ある方の家は、雑誌に載りましたが、窓がでかいので暑いそうです。
そんな家に満足ですか？
いえ！暑いので、今は満足ではありません。その時の建築家が、これが良いといったので・・・・・
と聞くと、やはり建築家のチョイスが間違っていたことになります。
意匠にこだわる建築家は自分の手柄を意識しすぎではないか？
そう思う今日この頃です。

One thing I’ve noticed is the fact there are plenty of fallacies regarding the banking companies intentions if talking about foreclosures. One myth in particular is the fact the bank needs to have your house. The financial institution wants your hard earned money, not your house. They want the bucks they gave you together with interest.
