断熱材の話 [住宅]

断熱材は、一般的にはグラスウール ロックウールです。
厚さは現在、増加傾向で、10ｃｍ程度の厚み又は、標準と言われるものの10ｃｍ程度の厚みと同じ断熱能力のあるものを選んでいます。
さて、グラスウール以外と言えば、現在、様々なものが出ています。
断熱に対する考えや、要求が高くなっている今、お金をかけても良いものをという方も多数おられます。
一番安く、安価なのはグラスウール・ロックウールですがそれ以外ですと
羊毛断熱材（吸湿性、難燃性、断熱性、リサイクル性、有機化合物吸着性）
ウレタンフォーム（高い防水性）
フェノールフォーム（高い断熱性）
ポリスチレンフォーム（樹脂系では安価、軽量、耐水性） 建材では主に難燃剤を混ぜた素材が用いられる。
EPS（ビーズ法ポリスチレン） 安価。気泡の内部は空気。見た目は市販の発泡スチロールだがEPS建材は難燃剤を含んでいる。
XPS（押し出し法ポリスチレン） 圧縮に比較的強い。断熱ガスが充填されたものもある。
真空断熱材 高価。非常に断熱性は高いが、破れると断熱性が維持できないため維持・施工に難点。 0.0050W/mK(24℃)を達成した製品もある。
セルロース断熱材（低環境負荷）
となっていて、当然、自然の断熱材となると高価です。セルロース断熱材や羊毛は高価だったと思います。
断熱でお勧めというのは、むしろ無く、自分としては、断熱能力を確保するという観点から考えると、こだわりがないのですが、自然な材料を求めるといった理由があるのなら、羊毛がお勧めです。
土で断熱という実験をしているのを聞いたことがありますが、昔の日本家屋 それも農家の母屋だと、土壁だったことを考えると、土も断熱能力があったことがわかります。もっとも、わらを含んだ土を塗っていましたが・・・・・・
現在、断熱材を選ぶ事が、家の意匠にも反映されています。例えば、サイディングもそうですし、外断熱というのもそうです。お施主様で、意匠にこだわりがあり、加えて、断熱材にもこだわりがある場合、どちらかを選択する場合も十分考えられます。
建築家・工務店に相談するか、雑誌等をあたられると良いかも知れません。

うちのプレハブもグラスウールを使っていますが、断熱効果がありすぎて結露が進み、鉄骨が錆びないか心配しています＾＾；

去年新材といって、１センチ程度の厚みの
アルミ箔のような断熱材を使って実験住宅を作ったら、

断熱材については全く無知なんで教えていただきたいのですが、私の床下経験ではグラスウールは結露を吸って垂れ下がっているのをよく見かけます。
それで、お客様から相談されたときはスチレンフォームに取り替えたほうがいいですよ、なんて言っていますがそれでいいでしょうか？
また、羊毛断熱材ってとてもいいイメージがしますが結露についてはどうなんでしょうね？お暇なときでも教えてもらえると助かります。
