URで、宅地分譲が今度は、千葉ニュータウンであります。
場所は、白井ささの葉台と西の原です。

白井ささの葉台は最寄は白井駅。西の原は、印西牧の原です。
白井は東京寄り。印西牧の原は若干成田寄りです。値段は、白井の方が高いですが、印西牧の原は、大規模なショッピングゾーンあり、週末は車の渋滞が出るほどです。渋滞があるから悪く感じたりしますが、なにしろ、このエリアで最も商業集積が高く、柏や千葉にはない集積です。
このショッピングゾーンの目玉というか便利なのは、ジョイフルホンダがある事。映画館もあり、アウトレットモールまであります。そして、ニュータウン中央駅には、イオンショッピングセンターがあります。
それだけではなく、公共施設も充実。図書館や公園・学校も近く、公園も広いですね。
病院などの施設も多くあったと記憶しております。
電車が日本一高いと言われる 北総公団線ですが、成田にも近く、柏に住んでいる自分としては、電車賃だけが問題なだけで、環境は良いと思います。
つくばも新しさを感じますが、茨城はちょっと・・・と言う方にはお勧めな 千葉の分譲です。
