住宅雑誌より 失敗・成功あれこれ [住宅]

というか、上のリンク先、意外と面白いです。ですが、押して頂けるだけでも本当に助かります。

住宅雑誌は「当然」よく 目を通すのですが、この間、プランについての失敗・成功が載っている雑誌を見ました。
それには、いろいろありましたが、目に付いたものをちょっと紹介します。
悪い点
・吹抜をもうけたが、暖房効率が悪い。
・大きな天窓を設けたが、暑い。
・大きな窓面をたくさん設けたが、家具が置けない。
・大きな窓のせいで、お隣さんに悪く、結局、カーテンしめっぱなし。
・ドアの吊元の検討不足で、ドアがあたる。
実は、良い点というのは、上げたのと全く逆の場合もありました。全体として、悪い点が多かったように感じます。
個人的な反省が多い中、上記は、結構多い共通の悪い点だと思います。
「人のふり見て我がふり直せ」
ではありませんが、お施主様の希望をそのまま警告もせずに採用したり、提案して受け入れられたが、実は失敗してしまった等、設計者や施工者にこのような事があるかと思います。しかし、お施主様は、一生に一度の家・・・・・そんなことは許されないというのが基本です。
しかし、窓が大きいや、吹抜は、なおそうにもお金がかかりますし、新築時でも決して、安いわけではありません。注意しなければならないでしょう。

家は三回建てないと思ったような家は建たないとの言葉を聞いた記憶があります。
建築関係者は経験によりそのギャップを埋める仕事でもありますが、難しいですね。
