屋根 垂木 屋根剛性と金物 [S邸新築工事]

上棟が終わり、屋根垂木です。
以前にも書きましたが、小屋組で火打を省略する金物を取り付けました。
「ラフターロック」ですが、ビス数が多く、確かに信頼できる能力がありそうです。
しかし、天気に恵まれず、まだ野地板まではついていません。
もう一つの現場は野地どころか瓦屋根も付いているのに・・・・１週間の差は結構ありますね。

このように上棟飾りは屋根の中に隠されるのです。
分譲住宅を買われた方も、入っているかと思いますので、屋根裏を見てみたら如何でしょうか？
入ってなかったら、なんだか その分譲業者様に嫌な印象を持ってしまいますね。
余談ですが
昨年ですが、分譲住宅の確認申請をしてくれと突然電話が来たことがありました。
図面は分譲住宅業者でやるから、安くしてくれだとか言っていました。
建築士はいないのかと聞くと、「いない」
そんな業者が 責任ある立場ののみを貸してくれ？ 実は法律上もだんだん難しくなってきています。
その業者様は今でもホームページを見ると建築士がいないようで、きっと借りているようなものでしょう。実際には、建築士事務所に頼んでいるという形態でしょうから、違反扱いでもないのですが、結局、その建築士が監理もしないで現場が完成しています。これは、事実上、違反行為とも思えます。一戸建て程度なので軽視している傾向は、工務店やこのような分譲住宅でもみられます。分譲住宅でさえ、ちゃんと監理すべきなのに、おろそかなのは日本全国共通の問題です。
分譲住宅買われる方は、特に注意して下さい。
